Men watch your waist! A waist measurement over 94cm puts your health at risk. The risk is higher if your waistline is over 102cm.

Make starch food part of meals. Go for wholegrain breads, cereals, rice and pasta as well as potatoes.

Small changes can lead to BIG benefits. Choose lower fat varieties of foods and eat smaller portions. Save on calories and help control your weight.

Supersize you veg & fruits. Eat five or more portions of a variety of vegetables and fruits every day. Include them with meals and as snacks.

Eat regular, balance meals... and start the day with a healthy breakfast.

Downsize high-calorie food and drinks. Go easy on cakes, biscuits, pastries, deep-fried foods, and sugary drinks.

Be active, more often, every day! Burn off those extra calories and keep healthy, fit and trim.
